Primary Functions:

Role and responsibilities
  • Proper document control of projects documents received on Sharepoint and proper notification of team members.
  • Coordinating with project team members.
  • Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.
  • Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, whatsapp, emails).
  • Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
  • Assisting in preparation of invoices and following-up with clients.
  • Handling upload and download of documents/reports on Malath portal.
  • Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Perform any Task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits.
Other
  • Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics.
