MFC is Hiring: Coordinator - Projects & Events (Customs Clearance and Operations)

We are looking for a Coordinator - Projects & Events to join the MFC Projects Cargo Team.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and projects, including multimodal transport planning and execution.
• Manage cargo movement and service deliverables, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and international regulations.
• Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including event-related, airport-related, and customs formalities.
• Execute on-site checks and contingency planning to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and ports to secure favorable rates and services.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and principals to ensure service excellence and timely task completion.
• Prepare RFQs, quotes, invoices, and follow up on collections in coordination with the finance team.
• Support business development by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.
