The Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth procurement and stock fulfillment by coordinating with suppliers, distributors, and brands. The role includes accurate purchase order creation, timely supplier payments, and proactive resolution of issues with warehouse and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities

Supplier & Brand Coordination: Serve as the main contact for suppliers and distributors, ensuring stock availability and timely deliveries while building strong vendor relationships.

Purchase Order Management: Create and monitor POs accurately, maintain an average sourcing lead time of 2 working days, and update PO tracking regularly.
Payment & Compliance: Coordinate with finance to ensure timely supplier payments and resolve discrepancies, maintaining at least 95% payment compliance.

Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Work with warehouse and finance teams to reconcile stock, address damages, and close open POs or pending payment cases.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with demand planners, inventory, and category teams to ensure stock aligns with sales targets and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
1–3 years in procurement, retail operations, or supply chain coordination.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel and ERP/PO management system
