Copilot Studio & PowerPlatform Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on development expertise and business analysis skills, as you will frequently work with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate processes, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Build and maintain PowerApps applications (Canvas & Model-Driven) aligned to business needs.
• Develop process automations using Power Automate, integrating data sources and workflows.
• Use Power BI to prepare basic reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Lead solution design workshops, define functional/technical documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Integrate AI-driven copilots with legacy systems, APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise platforms.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to users and internal technical teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), including AI prompting, workflows, connectors, and chatbot orchestration.
• Solid background in PowerApps development, including Canvas apps, Model-Driven apps, custom connectors, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Working knowledge of Power BI—creating dashboards, DAX fundamentals, and data modeling.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirement gathering, gap analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and data integration concepts.
