About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Copywriter to join our in-person team in Clive, IA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves crafting compelling content, and can juggle both creative storytelling and quick-turn communications. From long-form blogs to rapid journalist responses, your words will help define SoldFast’s voice and expand our reach.

What You’ll Do

• Publish consistently — write and edit 2–3 blog posts per week focused on real estate, client stories, and educational content.
• Create persuasive campaigns — develop email content for marketing, outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Respond with impact — handle incoming inquiries from agent outreach emails with professionalism and clarity.
• Act fast — deliver daily (within minutes) responses for journalist outreach and media quote opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams — work closely with our journalists, marketers, and acquisitions team to ensure content supports company goals.
• Support SEO growth — write with optimization in mind to strengthen SoldFast’s online visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural storyteller who can adapt tone and style to fit different audiences.
• Someone who writes in a human voice — not just polished AI prompts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Experience in content marketing, journalism, or real estate is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is appreciated but not required.

Our AI Policy

We embrace AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for brainstorming and outlining. However, all final content must be original and pass AI detection tools. We believe human-written, curated content is the key to long-term SEO and building reader trust.
