RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation & Deployment: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. You'll create compelling content for lead generation, inbound marketing, and enhance our web presence across all channels.

• Campaign Management: Implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing A/B testing to optimize performance and achieve our ROI and KPI goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand our audience and drive engagement through targeted content.

• Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data insights to craft stories that address customer pain points and resonate with our target audience.

• SEO & Research: Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including deploying email marketing efforts, conducting research, and writing SEO-friendly content to boost our search engine rankings.

• Video Content Creation: Create short- and long-form video content, including promotional clips, customer testimonials, explainer videos, and trending social formats (reels, shorts, stories).

• Social Media Content: Design, curate, and publish engaging posts across channels, including graphics, copy, and short-form video content.

• Social Media Management: Engage with our audience on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

WE’D BE JAZZED IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in generative AI platforms for content creation with the ability to edit for authenticity, tone, and originality.

• 3-5 years of experience in content development.

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools (CRM, marketing automation, social media).

• Knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and current trends.

• Strong understanding of persona-based marketing, targeting, and segmentation.

• Excellent active listening and written communication skills, with the ability to influence through writing.

• Proactive: Takes initiative to stay ahead of project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.

• Ability to optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement.

• Developed content for lead generation and inbound marketing, enhancing our web presence through the marketing tech stack

• Created and managed the distribution of content by persona type to target audiences.

• Implemented and measured campaign effectiveness to support A/B testing and contribute to overall growth.

• Assisted in digital marketing campaigns, including deploying email marketing efforts, conducting research, and writing SEO-friendly content.
