Experience: Relevant experience in Copywriting and Editing Skills:

• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
• Should have an excellent grasp of US English, grammar
• Should have a keen eye for detail with strong editing and proofreading skills
• Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Should be open to working in night shifts and on weekends
• Ability to work effectively with targets, shifting priorities and juggling multiple deadlines
• Must possess functional and strategic knowledge of the website domain to manage and add value to the content

Primary Responsibilities:

• Write clear, error-free, SEO-effective marketing copy as well as edit and proofread websites of US-based businesses keeping in mind client requirements, end customer, and business objectives
• Work on all assigned tasks, taking ownership of one’s own output quality and productivity
• Understand and implement frequently changing website process guidelines
• Work with multiple stakeholders in the process, such as the design, quality assurance, and client relation teams to ensure that all organizational goals and SLAs are met
• Work in shifts, on weekends and overtime if required as per business objectives
• Promote a culture of open communication, target orientation, and excellence in delivery while on the floor
