What your life at Litmus will be like

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with defined Goals, KPIs, KRAs, and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant target demographics and derive actionable insights for each digital marketing project.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets using performance data and insights to ensure goal achievement.
  • Independently handle end-to-end digital marketing projects including SMM, SEM, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Digital PR.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with client servicing, copy, and design teams.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns—from ideation and conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
  • Generate monthly performance reports based on campaign objectives, KPIs, and KRAs.
  • Ensure adequate budget allocation across platforms to prevent ad campaigns from going on hold.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to define functional and technical requirements, including third-party software integrations, project timelines, and dependencies.
  • Work with content writers, designers, and client services teams to ideate and create content strategies for posts, blogs, videos, and ads.
  • Research and develop proposals for new digital marketing inquiries.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to ensure campaigns stay relevant and competitive.
  • Document activities, track overall project health, and apply campaign learnings to future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously enhance skills and expertise through learning and hands-on execution.

What will help you thrive at Litmus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SMM, SEM, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Digital PR.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working in an onsite setting.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow continuously.
