Looking for copywriters/content creators who are looking to be part of a competent team and want a fulfilling career.

MGE: Management Experts, Inc. is a business consulting company for Dentist and their team. We are looking for a Copywriter/Social Media Content Creator who can start immediately. This person would be responsible for writing and creating blog posts, social media posts, newsletter copy, digital ads, webpages, flyers, etc. and keeping website and social media platforms up to date. Able to write long-form blog post. For this position we are looking for someone who likes to write and is passionate about creating content that creates a response from people.

Copywriter/Content Creator duties and responsibilities

As a vital team member of the marketing team, the role includes:

  • Can write blogs and create posts that create a response.
  • Can think creatively and help come up with new ideas and strategies to improve response to marketing campaigns.
  • Can plan and work toward deadlines.
  • Has good communication skills and likes to meet and talk to people to get testimonials from clients that will be used for marketing purposes.
  • Can analyze the effectiveness of current marketing strategies in order to make adjustments to them.
  • 3-5 years of professional copywriting/content management experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content formats.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Copywriter/Content Creator job qualifications and requirements

  • Good computer skills. Sound knowledge with data input, online searches and email correspondence.
  • A strong desire to help business owners better their businesses.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills.
  • Natural response to be “how can I get this done” or “how can I make this work.”
  • People person, who enjoys speaking and interacting with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Canva or InDesign, and Wordpress (not required but preferred).
  • Anyone with web or graphic design experience will be a definite plus.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar in alignment with marketing and business objectives.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and brand voice consistency.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in web content.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing staff to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Track content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Successful candidates will be required to complete background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
