Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Core Analyst I is responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and daily operations of the Core Banking system. Core Analysts maintains, troubleshoots, and configures core and ancillary systems to support upgrades, reporting, and ongoing operations. This role provides first‑level support to internal staff and resolves system issues.

What You’ll Do:

Provide support to assist internal staff with problem determination and issues resolution
Monitor and correct OpCon job failures
Maintains, troubleshoots, and configures the Core system
Act as an administrator to maintain access to Symitar for users, computers, and servers
Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure all ancillary systems for maintenance, software upgrades, reporting, development, and testing including Banno, MeridianLink, OpCon, OnBase, IMM, and Synapsys
Assist Core Systems Analyst II in planning, designing, and drafting business requirements
Document procedures and resource documentation and records system change for troubleshooting and auditing

What You’ll Bring:

Two years of similar or related experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant field
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Symitar’s Quest software
Experience with SMA’s OpCon or another task automation application
Hyland’s OnBase or another digital document storage system
Familiarity with all Office 365 products
Proven ability to research and solve problems

Hourly Wage will range from $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 9 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
