Description


Job Purpose

To manage and develop Etisalat Mobile Advertising platform & Services. Managing the advertising services operations (bulk sms, targeted…etc) as well as existing projects and new partnerships and co-branded deals to ensure achieving desired set targets in term of revenue and brand. The role responsibilities are divided into 2 parts: Mobile Advertising Operations  Ensure that the end to end operations with partners are running smoothly such as:  Whitelisting sender names received from the aggregators with the other operators  Whitelisting sender names received from the operators internally  Ensure that inquires, complaints of partners, internal and external customers, are managed effectively  Ensure the daily operations of the partners and insure their campaigns are running smoothly  Reporting the OG aggregators performance and their quota management  Reporting the Incoming traffic received from the other operators  Cross-validating all figures with the finance teams  Ensure smooth cross functional work flow and integration among other department/s internally and externally  End to end partnership management with the aggregators in terms of development, retention and contract renewals Mobile Advertising Management and Development  Develop and manage end to end new partnerships through co-branded deals and special projects  Prepare co-branded propositions and present it to potential clients to partner by selling our products and services  Ensure that the co-branded deals requirements, implementation; roll out, after sales & settlement are running smoothly and effectively.  Managing the running projects and co-branding deals  Responsible on the acquisition of potential key partners  Scale up partners portfolio services  Develop / research new channels via expanding partners / Business venture  innovative leading propositions that will boost revenues  Ensure the fulfillment of Operational tasks supporting the 2 sided business model leading to growth / operational excellence for better customer and partner experience  Manage inquires and complaints of partners, internal and external customers.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Knowledge:  Good Understanding of telecom operators and VAS in specific  Good Understanding of the digital advertising arena.  Excellent in excel  Very comfortable with figures and analysis Education:  BS in business/ marketing/ mass com is a must Language Proficiency:  Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Problem Solving:  Strong problem solving skills, we are looking for a leader who can work to understand the root of stakeholders questions before conducting an analysis, proactively anticipate reporting needs that will serve the business and provide actionable insights Planning Ahead:  Plan 1 year ahead all KPI’s and projects with subjectivity to review/update each quarter based on the market needs and dynamic changes.  Ability to organize and interpret available data to extract valuable insights  strong analytical skills that tell a compelling story  Meticulous attention to details, capable to translate complex technical analyses into clear insights providing recommendations and guidance to technical and non-technical audience. Innovation:  Innovation & creativity is a must for products design and campaigns ROI  Do what we do but do it smarter  How to play the game differently in case of market retaliations Skills & Abilities:  Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills  Strong team management  A leader who has developed a process for project prioritization and who has experience effectively communicating with managers and team members  Experience working with MS Excel & PowerPoint  Strong data literacy, analytical mindset, ability to organize and interpret available data to extract valuable insights  Data visualization, ability to translate data analysis into well-structured visuals that tell a compelling story  Meticulous attention to details, capable to translate complex technical analyses into clear insights providing recommendations and guidance to technical and non-technical audience.  Strong vendor management, due diligence, partnerships skills
