We Are Hiring – Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: Sheraton, Cairo – Egypt

2M PLAST Group is a growing manufacturer of flexible PVC hoses and fire fighting components.

The group operates through two main brands:

• Mega2M – Flexible PVC hoses and industrial solutions
• Fenix – Fire fighting systems and accessories

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the development, promotion, and market presence of both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Mega2M and Fenix.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and grow the brands’ presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with designers and external agencies for catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand positioning.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support business growth.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand support roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with industrial products or B2B marketing is a strong plus.
