The Essentials:

• Education: Accounting or Finance degree with solid GAAP knowledge.
• Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs).
• Experience: Full-cycle accounting and month-end reporting.
• Software: Sage Intacct experience is a major plus.

The Role:

• Manage regular accounting processes
• Responsible for recording transactions in our accounting system (Sage Intacct)
• Allocate expenses across multiple entities
• Manage & reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Record journal entries for monthly and annual closings
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement monthly, in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and provide financial information to management
• Prepare audit reports and documentation for external audit processors
• Analyze and forecast financial requirements
• Evaluate and develop improved processes and procedures

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
