Requirements:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
Valid dental license to practice in India.
2+ year of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the dental clinic. This includes conducting dental examinations, performing routine treatments, assisting senior dentists during advanced procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients, and ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their treatment journey. You will also collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to uphold the clinic’s standards of care, hygiene, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Journey & Clinical Care
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and create treatment plans in coordination with senior dentists.
Take charge of medical management of cases being held on pause due to medical reasons (like diabetes, thyroid,etc) and working closely with the patient and senior consultant to ensure all treatment plans are executed accurately and on time.
Perform routine dental procedures including intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, temporary restorations, and other chairside treatments.
Provide clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene guidance to ensure patient comfort and long-term dental wellness.
Documentation & Clinical Systems
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, scan reports, and medical histories.
Ensure all clinical documentation is updated in the relevant systems/CRMs promptly and error-free.
Support seamless data flow by tracking treatment progress and updating case details as patients move through their care pathway.
Team Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the Chief General Dentist, dental assistants, and administrative teams to deliver consistent and high-quality patient care.
Coordinate smoothly with cross-functional teams to ensure treatment timelines, patient requirements, and clinic workflows are aligned.
Contribute to maintaining a positive clinical environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Clinical Operations & Patient Coordination
Ensure readiness of dental equipment, materials, and instruments before procedures.
Maintain adherence to infection control and safety protocols across all treatment areas.
Track patient follow-ups, scheduled scans, and appointments to ensure timely care delivery.
Provide assistance in managing daily patient flow to optimize clinic operations.

Relationship Management & Outreach
Build and strengthen relationships with clinic partners, senior dentists, and external stakeholders within the region.
Support outreach activities such as outbound coordination with partner dental chains and participation in trade fairs to enhance clinical visibility.
Engage with patients proactively to encourage treatment acceptance and reinforce trust throughout the care journey.
Learning & Professional Development
Stay updated on modern dental practices, including aligners, implants, and digital dentistry trends.
Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and clinical development programs to enhance clinical proficiency.
Apply new learnings to elevate the standard of care and contribute to the clinic’s growth.
