• As a Corporate Affairs Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters and market management within a growing environment. Your role will involve handling litigation, providing legal opinions and advice, as well as reviewing and drafting contracts to ensure legal compliance and protection.
• Manage all aspects of corporate legal affairs, including litigation, contracts, and legal opinions.
• Provide expert legal advice to the organization on a wide range of legal matters.
• Review and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay updated on the latest legal developments and industry trends that may impact the organization.
