Legal Advisory Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on the registration, renewal, and cancellation of commercial and real estate mortgages in favor of our bank.
• Review customers’ guarantees and ensure that our bank’s rights are preserved in these guarantees (checks – insurance policies).
• Prepare, review, and draft all contracts to which our bank is a party.
• Handle all procedures related to the Real Estate Registry, including the registration of the bank’s asset ownership.
• Handle all procedures related to the Commercial Registry.
• Provide legal opinions regarding account opening documents and determine who has the authority to operate the account.
• Provide legal opinions regarding powers of attorney issued by clients and the extent to which transactions may be conducted under them.
• Distribute estates and provide legal opinions on all matters related to estates and inheritance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law - English section from a reputable university.
• 2-4 Years of experience.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
