The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting a major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield.

As a key part of the Dubai / wider MENA corporate practice you will be involved with transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Common Law qualified lawyer coming from a top ranked legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.
