Legal Advisor

Job Summary:

The Legal Advisor is responsible for providing legal guidance, risk assessment, and compliance support to the company across its operations. The role ensures that all business activities comply with UAE laws and regulations, supports contract management, and advises management on legal matters related to operations, employment, vendors, and partnerships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor legal risks and recommend preventive actions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with business interests.
• Maintain contract records and legal documentation.
• Support company setup, amendments, and corporate governance matters.
• Advise on labor law, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
• Support procurement, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, and notices in coordination with external lawyers.
• Support dispute resolution, settlements, and legal proceedings when required.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities.
• Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and risk reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper legal records.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Counsel , preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, labor law, and corporate regulations .
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion
