Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Business Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in UAE free zone and onshore company setups, regulatory compliance procedures, and client coordination. This role is well-suited for a dynamic professional who thrives in boutique advisory settings and can contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and liaised with Business Registry (Mainland, Offshore and Freezone) for the Company formation and registration, resident visa processing; including preparation of Memorandums, Board Resolutions, Power of Attorney, and other documents related to company formation.
- Follow compliance procedures when requesting, receiving, and reviewing client documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit paperwork applications for DIFC and ADGM foundations, trusts, and corporate structures, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure all procedural compliance requirements are met in line with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Monitor and ensure all procedural and statutory compliance requirements are met, including timely submission of client and business filings (both electronic and hard copy)
- Maintain up-to-date statutory registers and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for regulatory inspections.
- Act as a liaison between clients and government/regulatory bodies, providing clear guidance, updates and support throughout the process.
- Support broader corporate advisory projects and ad hoc client requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection in handling client and company information.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services, compliance, or legal administration within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of DIFC and ADGM foundation setups and compliance procedures.
- Familiarity with boutique-style advisory and private client services.
- UAE driving license with own car is mandatory.
- Must be based in the UAE and available to join from 1st October 2025.
- Bilingual preferred – English and Arabic, additional European Language a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
