Corporate Chef – Restaurant Group

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to lead culinary operations for a growing restaurant group in Qatar.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Indian cuisine and a proven track record in kitchen management, team leadership, and multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets.

Standardize recipes, portioning, and food quality.

Lead and train kitchen teams to maintain high standards.

Develop innovative menus with a focus on Indian cuisine.

Ensure cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction.

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Corporate Chef / Executive Chef.

Strong background in Indian cuisine (multi-regional preferred).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Experience managing multiple outlets or brands.

Strong knowledge of cost control and kitchen operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
