What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

Designing and implementing corporate communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals and sustainability vision

Planning and managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee volunteering projects, ensuring impact-driven execution and alignment with stakeholder expectations

Coordinating internal communication activities and social clubs to increase employee engagement, cultural alignment, and transparency
-
Monitoring crisis management plan requirements, providing training and conducting crisis simulations

Preparing corporate content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, press releases, intranet articles, social media posts, and sustainability reports

Managing digital communication platforms (corporate website, intranet, and social media) in line with brand guidelines
-
Collaborating with external agencies for content production and creative support; preparing basic visuals (e.g., presentations, social media posts) when needed

Supporting the planning and communication of company-wide events, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagement programs
-
Contributing to ESG and sustainability-related reporting processes by supporting the preparation of non-financial disclosure content

Monitoring communication KPIs and preparing reports to measure performance and drive continuous improvement

Acting as a brand ambassador for the company’s values, sustainability commitments, and corporate culture
What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
-
Hands-on experience in CSR project management and employee volunteering initiatives
-
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills across multiple platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Canva, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Experience in working with external agencies and managing creative deliverables

High organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects

A proactive and collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
