Employee Experience Specialist

We are looking for a “Employee Experience Specialist” to be assigned to our

“HR Strategic Planning and Organizational Development” department located in “ İstanbul HQ.”


WHAT DO WE EXPECT ?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in internal communications, employer branding, corporate communications, or event agencies,
  • Hands-on experience in managing internal communication channels and creating engaging content,
  • Familiarity with employee engagement practices and employer branding strategies,
  • Basic to intermediate skills in design tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Canva,
  • Good command of written and spoken English.


WHAT AWAITS YOU ?


  • Support the Employee Engagement Survey process, develop action plans based on results, and follow up on implementation,
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies across all our global locations aligned with company culture and values,
  • Manage and coordinate all activities with the internal communication agency,
  • Oversee internal communication channels such as the intranet, newsletters, internal emails, and digital screens,
  • Lead internal events and engagement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction,
  • Collaborate with departments to design communication projects that improve the employee experience,
  • Gather feedback through surveys and other tools, and provide actionable recommendations,
  • Align internal messaging with external employer branding and social media content,
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and report on outcomes,
  • Manage purchase processes and entries through SAP.
