Requirements

Having at least 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer compliance processes

Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Team-oriented and result-driven approach
Responsibilities

Entering up-to-date data into internal software platforms (such as CRM Dynamics, JIRA, WIND, etc.) and contributing to system improvement efforts

Ensuring the adaptation of existing customers/users to the system

Taking part in customer compliance processes within the scope of corporate compliance
-
Engaging in system and process development activities to prevent rule violations by customers/users
-
Collaborating with the partner audit and legal teams to establish, implement, and report customer compliance procedures

Managing feedback and complaints received from existing customers
-
Conducting analyses on customer complaints and facilitating corporate compliance through regular meetings
-
Providing support for the analyses, reports, and presentations required by the Customer Relations department
-
Preparing regular analyses and reports on the performance of the Customer Relations department and customer activities
-
Preparing monthly billing reports for existing customers
-
Performing payment and collection analyses in coordination with the Finance department
