The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Customer Experience Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing timely and accurate responses to user inquiries via phone and written channels, in line with Paribu’s service quality standards
  • Sharing up-to-date product and service information with users and ensuring clear, effective communication
  • Collaborating with relevant departments by collecting and sharing user feedback to support the improvement of services and internal processes
  • Enhancing overall customer experience by ensuring consistent communication quality and service efficiency
  • Contributing to the development of the customer support function by participating in training activities and tracking feedback trends


Key competencies

We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree from business administration, economics, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles that require direct communication with users
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and a strong understanding of service-oriented processes
  • A curious and proactive mindset toward understanding the financial services ecosystem and digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and offer solution-oriented support
  • Ability to adapt to a shift schedule and a 6-day work week due to 24/7 customer support operations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
