Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated communication strategies and editorial content to drive key messages across both internal and external audiences, aligned with the company's business priorities, in your respective domains.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies

Manage media relations, prepare press releases, and handle corporate announcement

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels

Draft presentations, and key messages for senior leadership

Build and manage the CEO’s personal brand through speeches, interviews, social media presence and thought leadership opportunities
-
Lead crisis communication efforts and act as a media contact during critical situations

Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) and reputation management initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications

Ease in collaborating positively and forming effective relationships with the senior leadership team, as well as across different Domains and functions, adjusting to meet deadline considerations

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying communication opportunities and challenges within the business landscape

Proficiency in crisis communication management, reputation management, and media relations within a business context

Strong command of English (written and verbal) and Urdu (Written)

Proven media relations and crisis management expertise

Proficiency in digital platforms and communication tools

Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
