We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and manage PR campaigns that connect our products with the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer & PR Management
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate collaborations, PR packages, barter deals, and paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand launches and seasonal promotions.
• Track and evaluate influencer performance and campaign results.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop and implement monthly content calendars.
• Ensure timely posting, community engagement, and consistent brand voice.
• Work with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and content.
• Campaign Planning & Reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Plan PR drops, gifting strategies, and exclusive influencer events.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies based on data.
• Brand Representation
• Serve as the brand’s point of contact for influencer relations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
• Good understanding of social media trends, especially in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
