Corporate Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for strategic planning, development, renovation, and operational management of all office facilities across KSA, GCC, Egypt, and Algeria.


Accountabilities
:

This Role is responsible for strategic planning, development, renovation, and operational management of all office facilities across KSA, GCC, Egypt, and Algeria. Main responsibilities include:


  • Strategic Facility Planning & Governance
  • CapEx Projects – New Offices
  • Renovation & Refurbishment of existing offices
  • Facility Operations including maintenance, house keeping and security
  • Vendor & Contract Management or facilities and services
  • Prepare facility Management policy and SOPs

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Bachelors in engineering, Facilities Management/MBA

Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of project execution requirements, facility operations management, contract management

Technical Skills:

  • Good technical understanding on facility designing, project management , utilities, safety requirement of facility, project interfaces and financial acumen

Language Skills:

  • English, Arabic(preferably)

Experience:

  • 8–12 years’ experience in facilities and Capex projects, multi-country experience preferred
