Accountabilities
This Role is responsible for strategic planning, development, renovation, and operational management of all office facilities across KSA, GCC, Egypt, and Algeria. Main responsibilities include:

Strategic Facility Planning & Governance

CapEx Projects – New Offices

Renovation & Refurbishment of existing offices

Facility Operations including maintenance, house keeping and security

Vendor & Contract Management or facilities and services
-
Prepare facility Management policy and SOPs
Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelors in engineering, Facilities Management/MBA
Knowledge
-
Sound understanding of project execution requirements, facility operations management, contract management
Technical Skills
-
Good technical understanding on facility designing, project management , utilities, safety requirement of facility, project interfaces and financial acumen
Language Skills
-
English, Arabic(preferably)
Experience
-
8–12 years’ experience in facilities and Capex projects, multi-country experience preferred
