Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modelling & Valuation
Develop and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and fundraising activities for private and unlisted companies.

2. Market & Industry Research
Conduct in-depth market research, sector studies, and competitive benchmarking to support investment analysis and strategic decision-making.

3. Client & Investor Documentation
Prepare high-quality pitch books, investment memoranda, and presentations for client meetings and investor discussions.

4. Due Diligence Support
Assist in financial, commercial, and operational due diligence by analyzing company data, identifying key risks, and summarizing critical findings.

5. Internal Reporting & Knowledge Sharing
Support internal documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across various corporate finance projects.
