Corporate Finance Analyst

The Emerald Gifts is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Al Rayyan. This role is central to supporting strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and business performance evaluation. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, and profitability drivers across business units
• Prepare investment analysis, business cases, and executive-level reports
• Support capital allocation decisions and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
• Assist in corporate initiatives such as expansion planning and cost optimization
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting outputs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

Preferred Skills:

• CFA certification or progress toward CFA is an advantage
• Experience in retail, gifting, or consumer-focused industries
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
