THE ROLE

Post Estates LLC is hiring a Real Estate Finance Manager to drive the fiscal strategy of our Al Rayyan property portfolio. You will provide the financial oversight necessary to maximize asset value and ensure operational efficiency across our developments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Asset Management: Analyze portfolio performance, ROI, and property valuations.
• Budgeting: Lead financial planning for property maintenance and new acquisitions.
• Cash Flow: Direct rental income collections and manage vendor disbursements.
• Regulatory: Ensure full compliance with Qatari real estate financial laws and tax filings.
• Reporting: Deliver precise monthly financial briefs to senior stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Seniority: 8+ years in professional finance, with a focused background in Real Estate.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Technical: Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with ERP/Property systems.
• Communication: Mastery of professional English for international reporting.

Pay: QAR36,000.00 per month
