THE ROLE

Jodie Hilton LLC is looking for a Creative Finance Manager to bridge the gap between high-level creativity and fiscal discipline. In this role, you will manage the financial health of our creative projects, ensuring that our artistic visions are supported by sound investment and profitable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will lead the budgeting and cost-tracking for diverse creative campaigns and productions. This involves managing project-based revenue cycles, overseeing talent and vendor contracts, and analyzing the profitability of various creative initiatives. You will work closely with creative directors to provide data-driven insights that balance artistic goals with budget constraints, while ensuring all financial reporting stays compliant with Qatari standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Experience: 8+ years in financial management, specifically within creative agencies, media, fashion, or design sectors.

• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Arts Management is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project-based accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential for presenting financial data to non-finance creative teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
