POSITION SUMMARY

Herschend is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026.

As an intern, you will work closely with finance leaders and cross-functional partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world corporate finance experience while contributing to initiatives that drive business insights and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, accounting, and marketing to support financial initiatives
• Help build and maintain financial models and dashboards
• Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Assist with process improvements and documentation of finance best practices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance financial efficiency and insights

Skills

• Passion for corporate finance, financial analysis, and business strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with financial modeling a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong academic record preferred
• Availability for Summer 2026
