Corporate Finance Professional – Capital Markets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy , Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields from reputable universities,
• Masters degree and/or CFA is a plus,
• Min. 3 years relevant Corporate Finance and Capital Markets experience,
• Basic modeling and valuation skills backed by financial analysis capabilities,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
• Strong report writing skills,
• Client focused and solution oriented personality, ensuring high quality service with a flawless work ethic,
• Able to multi-task, self-driven with strong desire for taking initiative with a long term perspective of adding value to the team as well as possessing high interpersonal skills
• No travel restrictions and flexible working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The team member will play an active role in leading and executing Corporate Finance Capital Markets transactions, including both ECM and DCM mandates. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:

• Managing and executing debt issuances and IPO processes end-to-end,

• Leading the origination of new mandates and identifying business opportunities,

• Conducting in-depth financial, commercial, and sector analyses of companies and assets,

• Preparing and delivering high-quality transaction documents and presentations under tight deadlines,

• Building detailed financial models and performing company valuations using generally accepted methodologies,

• Overseeing process management and maintaining effective communication with clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders,

• Actively participating in — and when appropriate, leading — marketing, origination, and investor meetings,

• Coordinating with and supervising legal (sub)advisors throughout the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
