Financial Audit Assistant Specialist

Fiba Holding's Financial Audit Department is now seeking a Financial Audit Assistant Specialist who seek unlimited capacity of learning and development opportunity within a highly dynamic and challenging environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departments (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related departments)
• New graduate or max. 3 years of experience in a related position in audit services
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility
• Result oriented, open to change, excellent team player

Job Description:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with relevant regulations and company policies
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements and identify potential errors or risks
• Perform variance analysis and review changes in accounting records
• Manage reconciliation processes and follow up on required documentation
• Evaluate business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation
• Review compliance of operations with tax regulations, commercial codes, and internal procedures
• Support financial due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions, including preparation of reports and recommendations
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on audit findings
