Position Summary
The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, funding strategy, investment analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role focuses on capital structure optimization, financial modeling, valuation, and execution of financing and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop long-term financial models and business forecasts.

Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.

Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.
2. Investment & Project Evaluation

Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.

Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).

Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment opportunities.
3. Funding & Capital Structure

Develop and implement funding strategies (debt and equity).

Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.

Support negotiations with financial institutions.

Monitor compliance with loan covenants.
4. M&A and Corporate Transactions

Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring activities.

Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors.

Assist in transaction structuring and execution.
5. Financial Risk Management

Assess financial risks (liquidity, FX, interest rate exposure).

Recommend risk mitigation strategies.
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management and Board.

Support investor relations activities where applicable.

Liaise with auditors, advisors, and banks.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.

Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
