Traffic Fines and Violations

  • Monitor traffic violation notifications and support the resolution of fines across all departments.
  • Liaise with management and allocated parties to confirm payment, appeal status and vehicle lock removals.
  • Track fine trends and provide summaries to senior leadership to inform future mitigation plans.

Data Entry and Reporting

  • Maintain fleet master data, allocation logs and vehicle lifecycle documents in shared repositories.
  • Update system trackers (Excel, SharePoint, TAMM) following each transaction or allocation.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on fleet activity, usage and compliance.

Fleet Support Taskings

  • Assist with booking vehicle authorizations, maintenance scheduling and issuing fuel chips when required.
  • Coordinate handover documentation and verify the completeness of files for both pool and permanent vehicles.
  • Support the administrative side of the telematics process as needed.

Interdepartmental and Vendor Liaison

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on documentation, updates and requests.
  • Escalate issues and delays in a timely manner to the Senior Coordinator or Assistant Manager.
