About the Role:
We’re looking for a Corporate Law Consultant with strong expertise in FEMA regulations and cross-border compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing FEMA filings, foreign investments, and regulatory liaison with RBI and ROC.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance, advising clients on foreign investment structures, and assisting in corporate setups for both domestic and international entities.

Key Responsibilities:
FEMA Compliance
Manage FEMA filings and compliance, including FCGPR, FCTRS, ODI.
Advise clients on FDI, ODI, and ECB transactions.
Liaise with the RBI for approvals, clarifications, and reporting requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely capital account transaction filings.
Corporate Compliance & Advisory
Support entity setup for foreign investors, ensuring compliance with investment caps and sectoral restrictions.
Provide legal and regulatory advisory on cross-border transactions.
Incorporation & Secretarial Work
Handle incorporation of Private Limited, LLP, and Section 8 companies.
Draft and file SPICe+ forms, MOA, AOA, and other statutory documents.
Manage post-incorporation compliance and regulatory formalities.
Regulatory Liaison
Interact with RBI, ROC, and other government bodies.
Represent clients during regulatory audits or inspections.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare FEMA-related documentation, including share allotment and capital infusion records.
Maintain detailed compliance documentation and communication logs.
Knowledge & Training
Stay abreast of amendments in FEMA, Companies Act, and related laws.
Share updates and compliance insights with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:
Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) or LLB/LLM in Corporate Law.
Certifications in FEMA, foreign trade, or international business law (preferred).
Prior experience with a law firm, consultancy, or corporate secretarial firm.

Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of FEMA regulations and corporate compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple client assignments independently.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
