Corporate Lawyer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer based in Dubai. The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal counsel on corporate governance, manage contract drafting and negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. The role also involves identifying legal risks and proposing proactive solutions for the business, as well as advising senior management on legal issues and their implications.

• Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Transactions
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Legal Research, and Risk Management
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Drafting Contracts, and Legal Documentation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law; additional certifications in Corporate Law are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or business law practice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to the UAE is highly advantageous
