Tera Holding is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to support the legal affairs of its group companies, ensure full regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making particularly for its publicly listed entities. If you are business-oriented, solution-focused, and interested in playing an active role within a dynamic holding structure, we would be pleased to meet you.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end legal processes of the holding company and its subsidiaries

• Lead legal planning, due diligence, and contract negotiations for M&A transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts

• Provide legal guidance and support for Board of Directors and General Assembly processes

• Support compliance with CMB regulations, KAP disclosures, and corporate governance requirements for publicly listed companies

• Provide legal support to internal compliance, risk management, and audit functions

• Represent the company before governmental authorities and official institutions

• Monitor legislative changes, assess legal impacts, and report to senior management


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Preferably 5+ years of professional experience

• Expertise in corporate law, commercial law, capital markets law, and contract law

• Proven experience in M&A processes

• Knowledge of legal frameworks related to publicly listed companies

• Strong reporting, contract analysis, and drafting skills

• Preferably advanced proficiency in English

• A team player with strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking

• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service
