The company follows strict corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality standards.

We are seeking an experienced In-House Corporate Lawyer to manage all legal, contractual, and compliance matters of the company and its group entities.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, NCAs, SLAs
Handling corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance
Advising management on legal risk mitigation and structuring
Liaising with external counsels, consultants, and authorities
Managing company secretarial coordination, filings, and records
Legal vetting of vendors, partners, employees, and consultants
Handling disputes, notices, and legal correspondence
Ensuring compliance with Indian laws applicable to trade, labour, and contracts

Candidate must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Must comply with Non-Compete (NC) obligations during employment, as per law
High level of discretion and confidentiality is mandatory
(All agreements will be strictly as per applicable Indian laws)

LLB / LLM from a recognized university
Enrolled with Bar Council of India
Minimum 5–10 years of experience as Corporate / Commercial Lawyer
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Law, Labour Laws, Compliance

Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to work directly with senior management
