Corporate Lawyer

Seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support across the group’s business operations. The role involves handling corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local laws, and advising management on legal risks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure company compliance with Qatar laws and regulations
• Manage company registrations, licenses, and corporate governance requirements
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and stakeholders
• Handle legal disputes and coordinate litigation when necessary
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law
• Strong knowledge of Qatar legal and regulatory framework
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
