Sonisvision Corporates LLP is a fast-growing corporate law & legal services firm working with startups, founders, exporters, ecommerce brands and funded companies across India. We specialize in Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Startup & Business Legal, and Corporate Compliance.

We are now building a high-performance legal team and looking for a sharp, business-minded Corporate Lawyer who can handle IPR and corporate legal work independently.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end legal execution including:

IPR & Registrations

• Trademark filing, objections, replies, hearings & oppositions
• Copyright registrations & enforcement
• Patent filing coordination, prosecution & documentation
• Brand protection & infringement notices

Corporate & Business Law

• Drafting & reviewing:
• Agreements (Service, NDA, Franchise, Shareholder, Vendor etc.)
• MoUs, Contracts & Legal Notices
• Startup & business documentation
• Handling legal compliance for startups & companies
• Client advisory on brand, IP & business legal structure

Client Handling

• Communicate with clients for legal requirements
• Explain procedures, timelines & legal risks
• Provide solution-oriented legal guidance

Internal Coordination

• Work with sales & service teams
• Ensure timely filing, follow-ups & client delivery
• Maintain legal case records and compliance

Required Skills

• Law graduate (LLB) – Advocate preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Trademark, Copyright & Patent Law
• Corporate & Contract Law
• Experience in drafting legal documents
• Good English & professional communication
• Ability to handle multiple cases & deadlines
• Startup & business-oriented legal mindset
