Job Description:

AGF Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Lawyer to manage and handle all legal matters related to real estate projects, property documentation, and litigation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil and property laws and prior experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all civil litigation related to real estate, property disputes, and land matters
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, and contracts
• Manage property due diligence, title verification, and legal compliance
• Coordinate with external advocates, courts, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings when required
• Advise management on legal risks and compliance matters
• Ensure adherence to applicable real estate laws, RERA, and local regulations
• Maintain legal records and case documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university
• Proven experience as a Civil Lawyer, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of civil law, property law, contract law, and RERA
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
