Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Associate to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be capable of

handling a wide range of legal matters with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal counsel and support on corporate transactions, including mergers and

acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, employment contracts, and commercial leases.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues and provide recommendations to clients and senior attorneys.

4. Assist in the preparation of corporate governance documents, such as board resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and human resources, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

6. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends affecting corporate clients and proactively advise on potential implications.

7. Represent clients in corporate legal proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, as necessary.

8. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.

3. Strong understanding of corporate law principles, including corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.

4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.

7. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
