We are looking for a highly motivated and business‑oriented Legal Counsel who is eager to support our growing organization and contribute to our strong culture of compliance, transparency, and ethical conduct.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 3-4 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm providing legal consultancy to companies and/or experience as an in-house counsel
• Solid knowledge and experience in commercial law, contracts law, labour law, corporate law, and compliance
• Strong research analysis and reporting skills
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, supported by presentation and negotiation competencies
• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and provide practical, solution‑oriented legal advice to business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• No travel restrictions

What you will do at McDonald's

• Draft, review, negotiate, amend and analyze a wide range of contracts in both Turkish and English with domestic and international counterparties (including real estate, IT, service and marketing agreements)
• Provide legal support on compliance, data privacy, and competition law matters
• Ensure company operations comply with applicable law and regulations.
• Prepare legal reports, opinions, and memorandums
• Develop and/or support the development of company policies and procedures related to employment, data privacy, and compliance etc.
• Work closely with business units (Operations, Marketing, HR, Real Estate etc.) to deliver practical and business-oriented legal solutions
• Manage relationships with external legal counsels
• Support corporate processes and documentation
• Deliver or support internal training sessions on compliance, data privacy, and competition law to promote legal awareness across the organization.
• Work with global and regional McDonald's teams when needed, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
• Report directly to the Legal and Compliance Director
