o Assist the legal team with legal research, drafting, and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.

o Support the team in managing and organizing legal documentation, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.

o Participate in due diligence activities and other legal processes as required.

o Handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

o Support the team in ensuring the company’s legal and operational practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

o Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance training materials for various departments.

• Cross-Functional Learning

o Work closely with different corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Development) to understand their legal needs and provide support.

o Participate in cross-functional projects to gain a broad understanding of the company's business and legal challenges.

o A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

o A strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in corporate law.

o Foundational knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and corporate governance.

o A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, with internships in a legal firm or corporate legal department being a significant advantage.

o Candidate must have their own residency Visa for e.g.: (Sponsor Visa, Golden Visa or Student Visa)

o Exceptional patience, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for detailed, repetitive paperwork.

o Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o The ability to show initiative, a proactive approach to learning, and a resourceful mindset.

o A high level of professional conduct, integrity, and discretion.

o The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

o Identification with the Kempinski values.

o Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
