Job Title: Legal Researcher

Job Overview:

The Legal Researcher is responsible for conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing statutes, case law, and regulations, and preparing detailed reports and memoranda to support attorneys, law firms, corporations, or government agencies. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent writing skills, and the ability to interpret complex legal materials accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, case law, administrative rulings, and legal precedents.
  • Analyze and summarize findings in written reports, memoranda, or briefs.
  • Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and opinions.
  • Verify citations and ensure the accuracy of all legal references.
  • Support attorneys in case preparation by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and reviewing discovery materials.
  • Maintain legal databases, libraries, and document management systems.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field (LL.B or J.D. preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in legal research, paralegal work, or related legal roles (varies by employer).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with legal citation standards.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
