Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Secretary to join a dynamic Finance & Corporate team in Dubai.


The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior attorneys and partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare standard and complex legal documents, including company formations, board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, structured finance documentation, legal opinions, and share certificates.
  • Manage filings with internal and external bodies and liaise with registered offices regarding entity filings.
  • Undertake apostilling and legalisation of corporate documents, coordinating with clients and relevant authorities.
  • Support billing processes, including drafting narratives and assisting with collections.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence files for client matters.
  • Support the secretarial team collaboratively and provide cover during absences.
  • Liaise with clients professionally in accordance with firm policies.
  • Participate in special projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized legal secretarial qualification.
  • 3+ years of secretarial experience in a legal or professional services environment supporting senior professionals.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Experience with legal practice management and document management systems.
