Corporate Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate and construction projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate and construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Manage legal disputes, litigation, and claims related to property transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory issues.
  4. Advise senior management on legal risks, business strategies, and regulatory changes affecting real estate and construction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB/LLM) with a valid legal practicing license.
  2. Minimum of 7 - 10 years of legal experience in real estate, construction, or corporate law.
  3. Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, provide strategic legal advice, and work with cross-functional teams.
